Bronzeville businesses hit by a string of break-ins

Bronzeville Soul, Hair Experts and Peach’s Restaurant damaged early Sunday; no one in custody.

At least three businesses in Bronzeville were burglarized early Sunday, including Bronzeville Soul, Hair Experts Bronzeville and Peach’s Restaurant, ABC7 Chicago reports. Owners described a stolen register, a broken point-of-sale system and shattered glass.

Peach’s owner Cliff Rome said the restaurant would stay closed a couple of days for repairs. Police said the investigation is ongoing and no one was in custody as of Sunday.
